Steele said the biggest challenge of serving as a Perry Township trustee is trying to fulfill the needs of the community while staying within a budget. In addition, Steele said she strongly supports the efforts of the Perry Joint Economic Development District and Economic Development boards as they promote the growth of the community’s financial and commercial tax base.

“I believe recreation opportunities are very important for not only our children, but our adults and seniors as well,” she said.
